How are your ceramics packaged to prevent breakage?

We use double-walled boxes and biodegradable cushioning to ensure your artisanal pieces arrive safely. Each item is wrapped in protective layers and tested for impact resistance during transit.

Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?

Most of our pottery is fired at high temperatures making it safe for both microwave and dishwasher use. However, we recommend hand-washing pieces with gold luster or delicate filigree to preserve their finish.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
